Fabio Pennacchia's meditative installation at Mercati di Traiano

exhibition · 2026-04-27

After a long break because of the COVID-19 pandemic, artist studios are making a comeback at the Mercati di Traiano in Rome. This effort, called Live Museum Live Change, has been bringing life to the historic site since February with unique projects. Currently, there's an installation by Fabio Pennacchia, who was born in 1983 in Latina. His work features a terracotta cone, a raw earth pendulum, and a hanging vine, all designed to promote a meditative experience. The piece reflects on the concept of time and the natural forces around us. Live Museum Live Change is part of a PAV project, linked to the Atelier Arte Bellezza Cultura initiative by the Lazio Region and Roma Capitale.
