Ezechiele Leandro Retrospective Spans Three Venues in Puglia
A significant retrospective of Ezechiele Leandro, a self-taught artist from Puglia celebrated for his unique style, is set to open at three locations in Lecce and Bitonto. The exhibit, titled "Leandro unico primitivo – a retrospective of an outsider artist (1905-1981)," features more than 150 works, including eclectic painted furniture from the 1960s and depictions of Saint Francis. Curated by Antonella Di Marzo and team, this event is supported by MiBACT and promoted by the Soprintendenza belle arti e paesaggio. Art enthusiasts can view the exhibit until September 30, 2016.
