EXPO CHICAGO 2024 Unveils 170+ Galleries in First Edition Under Frieze
EXPO CHICAGO has announced the participating exhibitors for its 2024 edition, taking place April 11–14 at Navy Pier's Festival Hall. This marks the first edition since joining Frieze, featuring over 170 galleries from 29 countries and 75 cities. Nearly 100 exhibitors are returning, including Corbett vs. Dempsey, Kasmin, and Perrotin. Nearly 30 return after a hiatus, such as El Apartamento and Mariane Ibrahim. Over 49 are new, including Donald Ellis Gallery and Hakgojae Gallery. The fair will present core sections: Galleries, EXPOSURE (curated by Rosario Güiraldes), PROFILE, Editions + Books, and Special Exhibitions. Kristell Chadé, Executive Director of Frieze Fairs, expressed commitment to supporting the fair's success. Tony Karman, President and Director of EXPO CHICAGO, highlighted the fair's contribution to Chicago's cultural community.
