Experimenter Gallery Expands to Mumbai with Ayesha Sultana Solo Show

Experimenter, the contemporary art gallery founded by Prateek and Priyanka Raja, will launch its third location in Mumbai's Colaba district on September 23. This expansion follows the gallery's existing presence in Kolkata with two spaces. The inaugural exhibition features a solo presentation by Ayesha Sultana, who will present new paintings, drawings, and sculptures exploring themes of stillness and what she terms 'the aesthetics of silence.' Experimenter Colaba will continue the gallery's established programming model, hosting exhibitions by both local and international artists alongside performances, music lectures, and salon-style workshops. The Mumbai opening represents a significant geographic expansion for the gallery, bringing its distinctive multidisciplinary approach to India's financial and cultural capital.
