Experimental Treehouse 'Playtime Cabin' Designed by Advanced Architecture Lab and Wiki World for 2026 Completion

There's this cool treehouse project called the 'Playtime Cabin' that should wrap up by 2026. It's being created by Advanced Architecture Lab and Wiki World, with HAN Shuang as the curator. This cabin is part of the 'Merryda Wiki World • Secret Camp' and is nestled in a metasequoia forest that's a favorite stop for migratory birds. The design team includes Mu Wei, Feng Zhaoxian, Wu Baorong, and others. Spanning 80 square meters, it's one of over a dozen treehouses blending into the scenery. Wiki World and Natong Jiazhu Wood Industry are handling construction, while the United Investment Merryda Hotel Management Group oversees the project. This initiative taps into kids' imaginations and connects to the 'Wiki Building School' project. Arch-Exist is taking photos, and Rothoblaas is one of the manufacturers involved. It's a great example of teamwork in a forest setting!
