Experimental Art Space OLHÃO Opens Bifê Exhibition in São Paulo's Barra Funda

The experimental space OLHÃO, located in a transformed Portuguese house in Barra Funda, São Paulo, presents the exhibition Bifê, curated by Leandro Muniz and Cléo Döbberthin, the property owner. The show features works by artists selected through existing contacts and those whose practices intersect with fields like construction, furniture, research, and analog resources. Occupying not only the gallery but also the garden, kitchen, bathroom, and rooftop, the exhibition includes objects, sculptures, paintings, performances, installations, and sound pieces. Bifê runs until October 12 with scheduled visits. The space functions as a gallery, artist residency, and social hub, following Döbberthin's previous 2023 exhibition Unidos da Barra Funda in the same unrenovated building.
