Exhibi. To returns to Turin with collective gallery opening

festival-fair · 2026-04-27

Exhibi. To, a collective gallery opening event organized by gallerist Alessio Moitre in collaboration with Angamc, Colla, TAG – Torino Art Galleries, and independent spaces, returns to Turin until April 10, 2022. The event features over 30 exhibitions across art galleries, cultural associations, and creative studios, open from 3 PM to 8 PM for three consecutive days. The spring edition, titled "Bunch of Keys," is inspired by the English name for primroses, linked to a legend about Saint Peter throwing the keys of Paradise to earth, which sprouted a bunch of primroses. Curator Federica Maria Giallombardo, along with the new curatorial group comprising Giuseppe Arnesano, Davide Gambaretto, Barbara Ruperti, Laura Tota, and Marta Saccani, developed the theme as a metaphor for the multiple interpretive keys offered by the artists on display, "inaugurating the triumph of Turin's intellectual spring." A new feature this year is the option to tour the galleries by bicycle, thanks to partnerships with Fiab (Italian Federation for Environment and Bicycle) and Bike Pride. A QR code on both the paper and digital maps provides access to suggested cycling routes. Moitre describes this edition as both confirmatory and transitional, noting improvements to the website, map, and public communication. His gallery hosts the first solo exhibition of artist Giulia Cotterli, titled "Ho fottuto le stelle (?)."
