Etéreo Arquitectos Wins Award for 'PABLO' Gourmet Kitchen at CASA FOA Córdoba 2026

Etéreo Arquitectos, a Tucumán-based studio led by Santiago Vittar, Daniel Tello, and Diego Madrid, received the First Mention in Architecture and Design at CASA FOA Córdoba 2026 for their project 'PABLO'. The gourmet kitchen is an explicit homage to the design spirit of Pablo Dellatorre, reinterpreting his approach to architecture and design through material rigor, precision in detail, and sensitivity to craftsmanship. Presented at the fair, the project uses cooking as a ritual, with fire as the conceptual and operational core. The layout features a central station with two operational totems for main actions, surrounded by complementary devices: a cold chamber displaying ingredients, a grill and wood-burning area, a wine cellar, and a specialized library. The design rejects decorative notions, emphasizing raw materials—exposed metals, natural woods, stone, dark surfaces, and imperfect textures—that express their nature without artifice. The space values manual craftsmanship, technique, and constructed detail over scenographic perfection, aiming for authenticity where every element serves function, materiality, and construction logic. The project was presented at CASA FOA Córdoba 2026, an edition focused on new ways of inhabiting contemporary spaces.
