Este Norte Estudio completes 954 Collective Housing project in Resistencia

Este Norte Estudio has realized the 954 Collective Housing project in Resistencia, Argentina, completed in 2023. The 242-square-meter mixed-use development was designed by a team including Agostina Vacca Arreseygor, Daiana Katz, Nahuel Zampayo, Cielo Kraemer, and Camila Silva. Working with a limited budget, the architects created a space that integrates living and working environments while preserving existing greenery. The project revives local urban practices and explores community living through an architectural approach that is simultaneously economic, poetic, and socially engaged. By bringing workplaces closer to residences, the design encourages reconsideration of how people inhabit urban spaces and interact within cities.
