Ericailcane Reimagines Childhood Drawings in Ravenna Exhibition

At Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste in Ravenna, the exhibition 'Potente di fuoco e altri disegni' presents more than 50 works by street artist Ericailcane, under the curation of Andrea Losavio. Among these are five new ink-on-paper creations that tackle themes of social injustice, including 'La zattera della Medusa,' which was made during the COVID-19 lockdown. The exhibit occupies six rooms and features recent works focused on social justice, as well as stop-motion animations, environmental issues, racism, and large-scale color drawings. A significant peacock artwork is displayed at the Mosaic Hall of Biblioteca Classense. Additionally, the exhibition incorporates pieces from five private collectors. Ericailcane will also share insights about his creative journey and upcoming projects in Modena with gallery D406, scheduled for late September and October.
