ER Yacht Design Unveils Modular 213-Foot Super-Expedition Explorer Yacht Concept
ER Yacht Design has introduced a 213-foot explorer yacht concept called Super-Expedition, designed for remote adventures, scientific research, and global voyages. The Canada-based firm's vessel features a removable modular system allowing customization with pre-made units like guest cabins, labs, or storage modules that can be added or removed via an onboard crane. These modules lock into place with built-in electrical and plumbing connections. The aft deck offers over 4,000 square feet of open space, which can include a 33-by-26-foot infinity pool convertible to a helipad, tenders up to 50 feet, a submarine, and additional toys or expedition vessels. Permanently, the yacht accommodates 10 guests across four cabins, including one VIP suite, within its sleek profile. Earlier this year, ER Yacht Design revealed Logos, another yacht with a sculpted superstructure creating an illusion of motion even at anchor, featuring a large beach club with a pool, swim platform, and fold-down bulwarks. The Super-Expedition concept aims to exceed traditional explorer yachts by blending luxury with adaptability for diverse needs such as watersports, exploration, or helicopter adventures.
