Equivariant Asynchronous Diffusion for Molecular Generation

A new AI method, Equivariant Asynchronous Diffusion (EAD), has been introduced for 3D molecular conformation generation. It combines asynchronous denoising with a molecule-level horizon to capture hierarchical molecular structures, overcoming limitations of existing auto-regressive and synchronous diffusion models.
