Equivariant Asynchronous Diffusion for Molecular Generation
A new AI method, Equivariant Asynchronous Diffusion (EAD), has been introduced for 3D molecular conformation generation. It combines asynchronous denoising with a molecule-level horizon to capture hierarchical molecular structures, overcoming limitations of existing auto-regressive and synchronous diffusion models. EAD uses a dynamic scheduling mechanism to adaptively determine denoising timesteps, achieving state-of-the-art performance. The paper is available on arXiv.
