Engadin's Summer 2025 Contemporary Art Scene: From Segantini to Susova

The Engadin valley in Switzerland, from Maloja to Scuol, hosts a dense concentration of contemporary art this summer. At Sils-Maria, the Nietzsche Haus offers residencies and exhibitions for artists engaging with the philosopher's thought, with Gerhard Richter among past exhibitors. In St. Moritz, Hauser & Wirth presents 'Light,' a group show featuring Larry Bell, Frank Bowling, Martin Creed, Jenny Holzer, and Pipilotti Rist, accessible through Didier Roth's bar installation. At Fundaziun Nairs in Scuol, Eva Susova's residency 'Beats Below the Caprine Curve' explores the myth of the Dials through audiovisual performance.
