EneganArt 2023: 10,000 Euro Prize for Contemporary Artists at Palazzo Strozzi

The seventh edition of EneganArt, a competition promoted by energy and telecom company Enegan, is now open for entries until October 15, 2023. The theme is 'Luci nel buio' (Lights in the Dark), inviting artists to look beyond present difficulties and consider art and beauty as sources of inspiration and hope. Finalists will exhibit in a group show at Palazzo Strozzi in Florence in December 2023. Four winners will share a total prize fund of 10,000 euros, and a special 'Save the Planet' award will be given to an APS focused on sustainability. The competition is free to enter. Project creator and coordinator Ileana Mayol notes the growing popularity and success of past participants in finding their path in the art world. The EneganArt collection now includes over 40 works displayed at Enegan's offices, and a virtual space launched in 2021 showcases the collection online.
