Encore AI raises $30M for AI agents that learn from customer calls

ai-technology · 2026-07-29

Founded in 2022 by CEO Dvir Ginzburg under the name Insait IO, Encore AI has successfully secured $30 million in a Series A funding round led by Team8. The startup specializes in analyzing customer interactions—such as call recordings, emails, and text messages—to develop AI voice agents that can support or even replace customer service and sales teams. By identifying effective conversational strategies, Encore’s platform creates agents capable of emulating those techniques, including humor and personal anecdotes. With over 40 enterprise clients, primarily in finance, the company has seen its annual recurring revenue increase more than fivefold since its seed funding 18 months ago. The investment will be used to enhance U.S. sales and deployment efforts with major financial institutions. Ginzburg asserts that major CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, and HubSpot lack the conversational data foundation that gives Encore a distinct advantage.
