Elvira Dyangani Ose Named Director of The Showroom in London

Elvira Dyangani Ose has taken on the role of director at The Showroom in London. She previously served as senior curator at Creative Time, a New York-based public arts nonprofit, and teaches visual cultures at Goldsmiths College. Dyangani Ose also participates in the 'Thought Council' at Fondazione Prada, where she has collaborated with artists including Laura Lima, Theaster Gates, Nástio Mosquito, and Betye Saar. Her appointment follows Emily Pethick's move to become general director of the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam.
