Elmgreen & Dragset Present 'The Audience' at Prada Mode London During Frieze Week

At Frieze London 2025, Prada unveiled the 13th iteration of Prada Mode at King's Cross Town Hall in London. Running until October 19, the event showcases 'The Audience,' an immersive installation created by Elmgreen & Dragset that transforms the main hall into a cinematic space featuring a blurred film and hyperrealistic sculptures of viewers. A related sculpture, 'The Conversation,' depicts a woman FaceTiming with a film character. Over two days, the installation included talks, performances, and music. On October 15, Kirsty Sedgman presented on digital audiences, while designers Shona Heath and James Price explored spatial design. Performers included James Massiah, Lynda Dawn, and ENNY. On October 16, discussions were led by Elizabeth Diller and Sir Isaac Julien, with performances by Calum Goring and others.
