Eliz Capital Office by Peninsula Arquitetura in São Paulo

Peninsula Arquitetura has designed the headquarters for Eliz Capital in Vila Madalena, São Paulo. The 380 m² office occupies half a floor of a commercial building on Rua Harmonia. The project emphasizes lightness, luminosity, and organization to foster team interaction. It resulted from ongoing collaboration between client and firm, addressing needs for integration, fluidity, and hospitality. Key team members include Eugenio Conte, José Guilherme Carceles, Gabriel Cesar e Santos, with coordination by Dalmo Faria. Construction was handled by LMV, acoustic engineering by Akkerman Alcoragi, and electrical engineering by Anju Engenharia. Photography is by Pedro Russo.
