ElevenLabs adds BlackRock, Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria as investors in $500M round

So, ElevenLabs, a Voice AI startup, has just revealed some new investors in its $500 million Series D funding round that was first announced in February. Big names like BlackRock, Wellington, D.E. Shaw, and Schroders are among the institutional investors, while Nvidia, Salesforce Ventures, Santander, KPN, and Deutsche Telekom are on the corporate side. Celebrities like Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, and Hwang Dong-hyuk, the mind behind Squid Game, are also involved. The company’s annual recurring revenue has shot up to over $500 million from about $350 million last year. CEO Mati Staniszewski noted an increase of $100 million in new ARR for Q1 2026. ElevenLabs' valuation jumped to $11 billion from $6.6 billion since September, and they’ve struck enterprise deals with Deutsche Telekom, Revolut, and Klarna. Plus, they recently completed a $100 million tender and are looking to attract retail investors through Robinhood Ventures. Staniszewski emphasized the need for human-like AI voice models to build trust with consumers. Last month, they also acquired the team from Polish startup Papla to boost their research efforts.
