ElevenLabs adds BlackRock, Jamie Foxx as investors, hits $500M ARR
ElevenLabs, a voice AI firm, has revealed new backers in its Series D funding round, which totals $500 million and was initially announced in February. The latest investors include BlackRock, Wellington, D.E. Shaw, Schroders, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Santander, KPN, Deutsche Telekom, as well as celebrities Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, and Hwang Dong-hyuk, the creator of Squid Game. The company also exceeded $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), increasing from nearly $350 million at last year's end. Co-founder and CEO Mati Staniszewski mentioned that ElevenLabs gained $100 million in net new ARR in Q1 2026, concluding the quarter at about $450 million. The valuation rose from $6.6 billion in September to $11 billion in February. In the previous quarter, enterprise agreements were secured with Deutsche Telekom, Revolut, and Klarna. Additionally, the firm completed a $100 million tender, its second within six months. Staniszewski indicated intentions to allow retail investors to participate through Robinhood Ventures. Last month, the company acquired Polish voice AI startup Papla to enhance its research capabilities. Karine Peters from Deutsche Telekom described ElevenLabs as a key player in its Industrial AI strategy.
