Einstürzende Neubauten Release First Single in Six Years
German industrial band Einstürzende Neubauten has broken a six-year silence with the release of the single "Ten Grand Goldie" and its video on Vimeo. The track precedes their upcoming album "Alles in Allem," scheduled for release on May 15, 2020. The video features band founder Blixa Bargeld wearing a protective mask and playing a bizarre instrument made of a spring and metal tubes. It incorporates amateur video clips sent by fans during quarantine, framing the song as an act of resistance. The band has also announced "The Year of the Rat Tour," with Italian dates set for September 14–16, 2020, at Auditorium di Roma, Alcatraz di Milano, and Teatro Auditorium Manzoni di Bologna, pending the pandemic situation. Their last album, "Lament," was released in 2014 on Mute Records.
