EDIT 2025 Design Fair in Naples Sees 15% Visitor Increase, Awards Chiara Lionello

The seventh edition of EDIT, a design fair in Naples, concluded on October 12, 2025, with a 15% increase in visitors. The international jury awarded Chiara Lionello the Main prize for her 'Inserti' vases, which blend craftsmanship and industry. Katryna won the Seminario area for her 'Moon candle holder'. Special mentions went to Trama's 'Loggi set' and Atelier Nuanda's 'Inrō' modular lamps. Winners will exhibit at LABÒ Cultural Project during Milan Design Week. New venues included Certosa San Martino, Castel Sant'Elmo, and Villa Floridiana. Diego Rivero Borrell for Ranieri presented an installation at Castel Sant'Elmo exploring lava stone, set to continue in Mexico City in 2026. Bethan Laura Wood debuted 'Terrazzo Quarry' seating for Poltronova at Certosa San Martino. Atelier Nuanda showed 'Inrō' lamps inspired by Japanese containers. Azucena featured Giuliano Andrea Dell'Uva's 'Unseen vision' installation. Magis presented 'Animal Factory' playground sculptures by Luca Boscardin. Tramandars presented works from the Vesuvius Biennale. Other highlights included Arabella Rocca's 'Archeopop', Debonademeo for Chroma Composites, Patriarca Edizioni's upcycled pieces, RIPA's 'STRATA' coating, and Elena Salmistraro's two projects for Officine Tamborrino and People of the Sun.
