EDC 2026 Draws 500,000 to Las Vegas for 30th Anniversary

Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) celebrated its 30th anniversary from May 15 to 17, 2026, at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, drawing over 500,000 attendees. Organized by Insomniac, the festival adopted the theme kineticJOURNEY, building on 2025's kineticMETROPOLIS. The event featured more than 200 musical acts including Zedd, FISHER, Kaskade, Tiesto, The Prodigy, and Martin Garrix on newly designed stages. Beyond music, the festival offered drone shows, carnival rides, casino-style games, and sculptures. A new free, all-ages event called World Party Parade took place on the Las Vegas Strip before EDC. Hotel EDC at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas provided an immersive lodging experience produced by Insomniac and Vibee. For 2027, EDC will expand to two consecutive weekends from May 13 to May 24, with 'EDC Dusk' (May 14–16) and 'EDC Dawn' (May 21–23).
