Ecologistas en Acción files complaint against Puy du Fou, demands park closure over animal burial site

Ecologistas en Acción Castilla-La Mancha has filed a legal complaint against Puy du Fou, the historical theme park in Toledo, demanding its total or partial closure until sanitary conditions can be guaranteed. The action follows the park's admission that animals were buried on its grounds and the dismissal of three managers after an internal investigation. The investigation was prompted by a report in elDiario.es two weeks ago, in which three former employees alleged the existence of an animal cemetery within the park's perimeter. The environmental group also calls for the sealing of the animal burial site and the removal of the Castilla-La Mancha Regional Minister for Development, citing a lack of trust in both the regional government and the company.
