EastEnders star Shane Richie faces drink-driving charge
Shane Richie, known for his role as Alfie Moon on BBC's EastEnders, is in legal trouble with a drink-driving charge and will be appearing in court soon. According to Essex Police, they responded to reports of a suspected drunk driver in the Church Langley Way area of Harlow just before 11:20 PM BST on Wednesday, July 29. They arrested Shane Roche, 62, from Tadworth, Surrey. He has now been officially charged with drink-driving. Richie, whose real name is Shane Roche, is expected at Colchester Magistrates' Court on September 9. The arrest reportedly happened at a Tesco petrol station.
