Earthscape Studio's Bricks House: A Mock-Up Turned Home

The Bricks House, designed by Earthscape Studio, is a 380 ft² residential project completed in 2026, located in an unspecified area. The project is led by architect Petchimuthu Kennedy, with a design team including Sowmiya Arul, Kaviselvam, Alagumeenal Subbu, and Shridhar Selvaraj. The general contractor was Muthukumar and team. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro and photographed by Syam Sreesyalam. The house originated as a full-scale mock-up, a common practice in architecture for testing materials and construction techniques before larger projects. However, unlike typical mock-ups that are dismantled after research, this one was transformed into a permanent dwelling.
