Dulwich Picture Gallery to Show American Urban Photography in 2026

In the summer of 2026, the Dulwich Picture Gallery in London will present 'Portrait of a City: A Century of American Photography.' This exhibition will include more than 100 pieces from the DNB Saving Bank Foundation's collection in Norway, featuring 38 prominent photographers from the 20th century. It will explore the transformation of urban life in America from the early 1900s to the end of the century, showcasing images from cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.
