At Palazzo Albergati in Bologna, the Arthemisia Group is showcasing a winter exhibition that highlights the works of Dadaism and Surrealism icons, including Marcel Duchamp, René Magritte, and Salvador Dalí, as well as Max Ernst, Yves Tanguy, Man Ray, Alexander Calder, Francis Picabia, Jean Arp, and Joan Miró. This extensive collection, consisting of over 700 pieces, originates from the Israel Museum in Jerusalem and was donated by Arturo Schwarz in 1998. Curated by Adina Kamien-Kazhdan, the exhibition features five thematic sections, commencing with a mobile-stabile by Calder.
