Driving Energy Award 2023 Winners Exhibition at Palazzo delle Esposizioni
The Driving Energy Award, organized by TernaCult, is back at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome with the exhibition 'Elogio dell'equilibrio', highlighting the photographers honored in 2023. Terna's collaboration with the museum commenced in 2020-2021, aiming to foster cultural initiatives through photography. Igor de Biasio, Terna's President, noted the significance of culture as a form of renewable energy. This exhibition showcases 41 pieces, featuring 36 finalists and 5 winners, evaluated by a jury that included Lorenza Bravetta and the late Andrea Purgatori. Dione Roach received the Senior Prize for 'Bokassa', while Martina Zanin earned the Young Prize for 'Dear F'. Additionally, Antonio Vacirca and Beatrice Aiello received special mentions, and the exhibition presents retrospectives of McCullin and Mikhailov.
