Dotdotdot's Immersive Installations Decode Science at Palazzo delle Esposizioni

The design studio Dotdotdot presents six multimedia and interactive artworks at Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome as part of the exhibition 'Incertezza. Interpretare il presente, prevedere il futuro', which belongs to the larger project 'Tre Stazioni per Arte/Scienza'. Curated by Formafantasma (Simone Farresin and Andrea Trimarchi), the installations aim to mediate complex scientific concepts such as quantum uncertainty and chaos theory. Dotdotdot uses technology, multimedia, and interaction to make these topics accessible. The sections are curated by INFN (Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare). Founded in Milan in 2004 by Laura Dellamotta, Giovanna Gardi, Alessandro Masserdotti, and Fabrizio Pignoloni, the studio comprises architects, designers, philosophers, and programmers. Their previous projects include an installation for Raphael at the Domus Aurea's Sala Ottagonale and a collaboration with Enel Green Power at the Tivoli Hydroelectric Plant and the Taccani Hydroelectric Station in Trezzo sull'Adda (Milan).
