Diputación de A Coruña opens 2026 Luís Ksado International Photography Prize

The Diputación Provincial de A Coruña has announced the 2026 edition of the Premio Internacional Luís Ksado de creación fotográfica. Open to all adults in photography who have not previously won the prize, entries must be original works not awarded elsewhere. Submissions use the PLICA system: a sealed outer envelope addressed to Ayuntamiento de A Coruña, Avenida Porto da Coruña, 2, 15003 A Coruña, containing two inner envelopes (A for photographs, B for documentation). Photographs must be 30 x 40 cm prints, six to twelve in number, in color or black and white, without mounting or framing, and within photodocumentary, photojournalism, or general reportage. Digital manipulation and AI are prohibited. Documentation includes ID, contact details, CV, and a sworn declaration of authorship and rights. A single prize of €6,500 is offered, subject to 15% IRPF withholding, and may be split or left vacant. The submission period runs from February 10 to May 29, 2026.
