Diplorama 2020 goes virtual with Diploramium online museum

exhibition · 2026-04-27

The Free University of Bozen-Bolzano's annual Diplorama exhibition, showcasing the best design theses, has been transformed into a digital gallery due to social distancing. Curated by professors Giulia Cordin and Davide Tommaso Ferrando, with students Luisa Heindl and Andrea Maffei, the fourth edition is hosted in the Diploramium, a virtual museum designed with studio Hund as an imaginary expansion of the university's buildings. From December 11 to 16, 53 projects from the Bachelor in Design and Arts and the Master in Eco-Social Design will be on display. The exhibition also includes a series of posters affixed in Bolzano's city center, celebrating the role of posters in making exhibitions accessible to the public.
