Dionne Arquitectos Transforms Puebla Spaces with Taller Vivo + Foro Colectivo

Dionne Arquitectos has finalized Taller Vivo + Foro Colectivo in Puebla, Mexico, as a contribution to Plataforma x COMIC, commemorating a decade since Puebla was designated a UNESCO Creative City of Design. This initiative includes Espacio 08 and the Foro Multifuncional, the latter created in collaboration with ReArquitectura. Espacio 08 enhances movement through an engaging experience, incorporating a historic stone wall, a natural wood facade, a green wall, and varying ceiling heights. Meanwhile, the Foro Multifuncional transforms a structural void into a staircase linking three levels, adorned with vibrant colors and green walls. It also features works by artist Miguel Howe and collector's covers for the 89th edition of Glocal Design Magazine, which honors women architects in Mexico. The project illustrates the capacity of design to revitalize spaces.
