Diane Keaton's Former Beverly Hills Spanish Colonial Revival Home Relists with $5 Million Price Reduction

Diane Keaton's previous home in Beverly Hills, a Spanish Colonial Revival property from the 1920s crafted by Ralph C. Flewelling, is back on the market with a significant price drop of nearly $5 million. Initially listed at $25 million following Keaton's passing in October at the age of 79, the asking price has now been adjusted to just under $21 million. The current owners, hedge fund manager Seth Wunder and his designer spouse Cailin, acquired the residence in 2021 for $16.5 million from producer Ryan Murphy. Keaton purchased it in 2007 for $8.1 million and later renovated it with designer Stephen Shadley, a project highlighted in Architectural Digest. The expansive 8,400-square-foot estate features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and numerous architectural highlights. Listing agents Rayni and Branden Williams from Beverly Hills Estates are promoting the property, which includes a guesthouse, pool, spa, and more, all set on a gated half-acre lot.
