Diana Baldon Named Director of Malmö Konsthall, Succeeding Jacob Fabricius

Diana Baldon will assume leadership of Malmö Konsthall on June 2, 2014, taking over from Jacob Fabricius, who served as director from 2008 to 2013. An Italian art historian, critic, and curator, Baldon has led Stockholm's Contemporary Art Foundation, Index, since 2011. Before that, she was a Curator-in-Residence at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, where she also contributed to teaching and artistic staff from 2007 through 2011. Her appointment marks a new chapter for the institution following Fabricius's tenure.
