Design Miami Director Marianne Goebl Steps Down, Rodman Primack Named Successor

Marianne Goebl will leave her position as Director of Design Miami after three years to explore new opportunities. Her tenure saw significant growth for the fair, including the integration of Design Miami/Basel into new exhibition spaces in Basel and the relocation of Design Miami to Miami Beach. Goebl will remain connected to the fair as a board member. Owners MCH Group and Dacra have appointed Rodman Primack as Executive Director, effective 1 March. Primack brings extensive experience from roles including chairman of Phillips de Pury & Company in London, director at Gagosian Gallery in Los Angeles, director of Auctions at online platform Paddle8, and his consulting practice RP Miller.
