Derrick Adams' Seven-Year Print Collaboration with Tandem Press Published

A new hardcover book titled 'Derrick Adams: Prints' documents the artist's seven-year collaboration with Tandem Press at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, set for release on May 5. The publication features over 20 prints produced since 2019, showcasing Adams' bold geometric aesthetic and commitment to depicting Black joy, rest, and leisure. It includes poetry inspired by his work, an essay on his practice, and an interview with behind-the-scenes photos. At Tandem Press, Adams experimented with complex multi-process techniques, screen printing, and created a 94-piece woodblock puzzle.
