Demanio Marittimo KM-278: 14th Edition on Marzocca Beach Explores Ruins and Shelter

The 14th Demanio Marittimo KM-278 festival will take place at Marzocca beach in Senigallia, Marche, on July 19, 2024. This 12-hour cultural event will feature exhibitions, installations, and discussions, curated by Cristiana Colli and Pippo Ciorra, centered around the theme 'Rovine&Ripari,' which explores the concepts of ruin creation and community safeguarding. The architecture for the festival, designed by the OLTRE project team (Fatijon Ademaj, Michele Forti, Qendron Mema, Gloria Seri, Elisa Valori), will showcase speakers including Gustav Düsing, Pietro Martino, Federico Pizzi, Lorenza Baroncelli, and Lot-Ek. Additionally, a tribute to photographer Guido Guidi will precede his retrospective at MAXXI Rome, and the program will honor Guglielmo Marconi’s 150th birthday, featuring insights from Cosimo Accoto, Andrea Borgnino, and artist Giovanni Gaggia.
