Picharchitects/Pich-Aguilera has completed the Delta Business Center in Viladecans, Spain, a 11,326 m² office building designed as a strategic asset to reduce operational costs, adapt to future changes, and preserve long-term value. The project was led by Felipe Pich-Aguilera, Teresa Batlle, and Antonio Batlle, with photography by Aldo Amoretti.
