Delta Business Center by Picharchitects/Pich-Aguilera

The Delta Business Center, a project by Picharchitects/Pich-Aguilera, transforms the concept of corporate buildings into valuable strategic assets. This office structure, spanning 11,326 m², is located in Viladecans, Spain, and was finalized in 2025. Its objectives include minimizing operational expenses, adapting to future developments, and ensuring lasting value. Key contributors to the project are Felipe Pich-Aguilera, Teresa Batlle, and Antonio Batlle, with design work by Carolina Lourenço and technical supervision from Agustin Witenas. Landscape design was executed by Paris Camps Arquitectura, while Dalmau+Morros managed the project, and Calaf served as the general contractor. Structural engineering was conducted by Precon, with MEP services from Suris. Notable manufacturers involved are Apimet, Breinco, Denvelops, Garcia Faura, Preconal, and Soprema.
