Originally situated on over 100 acres, it was sold to developers in 2014 for $15 million, leaving the mansion on approximately six acres. After being vacant for ten years, it was sold 'as-is' in July to Ervin Singh and Pooja Sharma, with Heather Stevens of The Agency Frisco handling the listing, which started at $5.5 million.
