Davide Sartori Wins Premio Ghirri 2025 with Intimate Father-Son Photo Project
Davide Sartori, born in Gallarate in 1995, has been awarded the Premio Ghirri 2025 for his work titled "The Shape of Our Eyes, Other Things I Wouldn't Know," which is featured in the 12th Giovane Fotografia Italiana. This accolade comes with a prize of €4,000 and a solo exhibition scheduled for early 2026 at Triennale Milano. The open call, centered around the theme "Bridging," received submissions from over 300 artists aged under 35. A jury narrowed it down to seven finalists, whose artwork is displayed at Palazzo dei Musei in Reggio Emilia until June 8. Finalists include Grace Martella, Daniele Cimaglia, Giuseppe Odore, Erdiola Kanda Mustafaj, Rosa Lacavalla, Sara Lepore, and Serena Radicioli.
