DAS MINSK Opens Culinary Residency for 2027

DAS MINSK, a museum of modern and contemporary art in Potsdam, Germany, has announced an open call for its Culinary Residency 2027. The residency, running from April to July 2027, invites chefs, artists, food designers, and interdisciplinary practitioners to develop original projects at the intersection of art, food, and society. The program builds on the museum's history as a former terrace restaurant, opened in 1977, and aims to explore cooking as a cultural and artistic practice.
