Damien Deroubaix's Exhibition at BnF Paris Features Dialogue with Historical Masters

Damien Deroubaix's exhibition titled "En un jour si obscur" is on display at the Bibliothèque nationale de France's Richelieu site in Paris until February 16, 2025. Curated alongside Cécile Pocheau-Lesteven, the show includes more than 66 pieces, featuring both new and previously created works. Spanning 300 square meters in the Mansart gallery, the exhibition is divided into three thematic sections: "Apocalypses," "Chaos, théâtre du monde," and "Vanités, portrait de l'artiste en chaman." Notable historical figures represented include Rembrandt, Goya, Dürer, Picasso, and Holbein. Deroubaix's 2023 artwork "Norway in September" exemplifies his artistic skill.
