Dallas Edition Penthouse Lists for $21 Million
A $21 million penthouse atop The Dallas Edition tower is now on the market, marking the luxury hotel brand's first branded residences in Texas. The 6,866-square-foot, 29th-floor unit features 15-foot ceilings, a wraparound terrace with a swimming pool, and views of Fountain Place and Renaissance Tower. Designed by Boka Powell and Bonneti/Kozerski Architecture, the 29-story tower includes 60 residences and a 214-key hotel, part of a $650 million mixed-use development in Uptown's Chalk Hill district. Amenities include a spa with infrared sauna and cold plunge, yoga studio, gym, Ammortal Chamber, Technogym Checkup machine, restaurant, bar, ballroom, pool, and golf simulator. One-bedroom units start at $1.5 million. Completion is expected in 2028. Kaizen Development Partners leads the project, with sales handled by Douglas Elliman. Marriott's chief development officer Dana Jacobsohn said the residences will set a new benchmark for design and service. Edition Hotels, co-founded by Ian Schrager in 2013, operates 20 properties globally and is expanding branded residences in Nashville and West Hollywood.
