Dallas Art Fair 2026 Launches New Prize and Acquisition Program

Scheduled for April 16–19, 2026, the Dallas Art Fair will take place at the Fashion Industry Gallery, drawing nearly 16,000 attendees and showcasing around 90 galleries. The first-ever Dallas Art Prize, a $20,000 accolade sponsored by Bank of America, has been awarded to John McAllister, whose artworks are part of the collections at the Hammer Museum and Rubell Museum. McAllister is set to exhibit at the fair and will also deliver a talk at the Dallas Museum of Art. The 10th annual Acquisition Fund for the fair has chosen six artworks for the Dallas Museum of Art, including those by Nicole Eisenman and Gloria Klein. Over $3 million has been raised for local organizations. Notable participating galleries include Perrotin, OMR, and local favorites like Conduit Gallery.
