Crocicchio art space opens in Bergamo with inaugural group show

exhibition · 2026-04-26

There’s a fresh art space called Crocicchio that just opened inside the Incrocio Quarenghi bookshop at Via Giacomo Quarenghi 32 in Bergamo. This venue was created by a team including Paola Sonzogni, Olmo Erba, Eleonora Molignani, Roberto Picchi, and Natasha Rivellini, with support from Enrico De Pascale and Nicola Ricciardi. It's designed as a hub for various artistic activities, kicking off with the inaugural exhibit 'Brulicare' on January 16, 2025. This show will highlight works by artists like Diego Azzola and Chiara Brambilla. Each exhibition will also feature a special wall blackboard project by a guest artist, with updates shared on their Instagram page, museo.lavagna. The first guest artist will be Giovanni De Lazzari. Plus, they plan to explore poetry and illustration, promoting handwritten art.
