Cremona Art Fair 2026: Fourth Edition Expands with Sound Art and New Generations

The fourth edition of Cremona Art Fair took place from May 8 to 10, 2026, at the larger Padiglione 2 of CremonaFiere in Cremona, Italy. Organized by BIANCOSCURO, the fair featured 66 participants including galleries, publishers, and institutions. The Main Section presented international works, with highlights including the neo-avant-garde Yugoslav Group OHO (active 1966–1971) shown by Belgrade-based gallery Prototip, and a focus on Italian master Aligi Sassu curated by B&B Arte. A notable installation was the Stanza d'ascolto (Listening Room), curated by Michele Lombardelli, featuring a high-fidelity audio system by Audio Graffiti and sound works by John Cage, Yoko Ono, Joseph Beuys, and Nico Vascellari. The Public Programme included Art Advisor on Demand, offering free consultations for under-35 collectors, and the renewed Premio Prospettive for emerging and mid-career artists.
