Credit X launches free online map of London's emerging art spaces and grassroots initiatives

Launched by Modern Forms, Central Saint Martins, and Kingston School of Art, Credit X is a collaborative initiative that features a complimentary online map and database dedicated to London's up-and-coming galleries, platforms, and projects. This resource emphasizes grassroots and alternative venues, steering clear of well-known or high-end institutions. It encompasses artist-led endeavors, emerging commercial galleries, and spaces that nurture new talent, alongside smaller to medium-sized galleries that enrich the city's evolving art landscape. Additionally, the map includes journals, magazines, art publishers, editorial initiatives, and social media platforms. Credit X aspires to play a crucial role in London's art ecosystem by showcasing what lies outside the mainstream. The project will expand its initial catalog of galleries, platforms, and projects.
