Craft in America Releases Landmark Book Handwork Ahead of America250
Craft in America has just launched an illustrated book called Handwork: Handcrafted Objects that Made America. This 320-page volume takes a unique look at American history through handmade objects. It features nearly 40 essays from various contributors, including craft historian Glenn Adamson and design curator Christina L. De León. The introduction is penned by Emily Zaiden, who is the Director and Lead Curator of the Craft in America Center.
